Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts (1 pound)
  • bacon (4 slices)
  • salt (0.5 teaspoon)
  • black pepper (0.25 teaspoon)
  • olive oil (0.25 cup)
  • maple syrup (3 tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Trim the ends off Brussels sprouts and cut any large ones in half. Transfer to a large bowl.
