Magic Cookie Bars

This classic magic cookie bar recipe has stood the test of time for good reason: It’s quick, it’s easy, and it’s absolutely irresistible.

Ingredients

  • graham cracker crumbs (1.5 cups)
  • butter (0.5 cup)
  • Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 14 ounces)
  • semisweet chocolate morsels (2 cups)
  • flaked coconut (1.33 cups)
  • chopped nuts (1 cup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). If using a glass dish, preheat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well combined. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press onto the bottom.
  3. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the graham cracker crust. Sprinkle with an even layer of chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts. Press toppings down firmly with the back of a fork.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 25 minutes. Cool completely, then cut into 36 bars or diamonds.
