Linguine with Clams
A delightful pasta dish made with linguine and a flavorful clam sauce.
Ingredients
- linguini pasta (0.45 kg)
- minced clams (2 cans)
- vegetable oil (120 ml)
- butter (60 ml)
- dried parsley (15 ml)
- dried basil (3.75 ml)
- minced garlic (2.5 ml)
- black pepper (0 )
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook linguine at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain.
- While the pasta is cooking, combine clams with juice, oil, butter, parsley, basil, garlic, and pepper in a large saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat until boiling.
- Serve warm clam sauce over pasta.
