Ingredients

- salt (0.02 grams)
- oil (0.5 liters)
Instructions
- Slice the potatoes thinly.
- Rinse the slices to remove excess starch.
- Dry the potato slices thoroughly on a clean kitchen towel.
- Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Fry the potato slices in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.

- Allow to cool before serving.
