Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

A delicious turkey chili made in a slow cooker, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • vegetable oil (1 tablespoon)
  • ground turkey (1 pound)
  • cooking spray (0 )
  • low sodium tomato soup (2 cans)
  • kidney beans (2 cans)
  • black beans (1 can)
  • onion (0.5 medium)
  • chili powder (2 tablespoons)
  • garlic powder (0.5 tablespoon)
  • ground cumin (0.5 tablespoon)
  • red pepper flakes (1 teaspoon)
  • ground black pepper (0 )
  • ground allspice (0 )
  • salt (0 )

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place turkey in the skillet, and cook until evenly brown; drain.
  3. Coat the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray, and mix in turkey, tomato soup, kidney beans, black beans, and onion.
  4. Season with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, red pepper flakes, black pepper, allspice, and salt.
  5. Cover, and cook on Low for 8 hours, or on High for 4 hours.
