Kids' Favorite Baked Oatmeal

A sweet and satisfying baked oatmeal that is perfect for kids and the whole family.

Ingredients

  • quick-cooking oats (6 cups)
  • milk (1.5 cups)
  • eggs (4 )
  • chunky applesauce (0.67 cup)
  • brown sugar (0.5 cup)
  • unsalted butter (0.33 cup)
  • white sugar (0.25 cup)
  • baking powder (1 tablespoon)
  • ground cinnamon (1.5 teaspoons)
  • vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix oats, milk, eggs, applesauce, brown sugar, butter, white sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla together in a bowl until well combined. Add to prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until just set and golden brown, 20 to 30 minutes.
