Kids' Favorite Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
- quick-cooking oats (6 cups)
- milk (1.5 cups)
- eggs (4 )
- chunky applesauce (0.67 cup)
- brown sugar (0.5 cup)
- unsalted butter (0.33 cup)
- white sugar (0.25 cup)
- baking powder (1 tablespoon)
- ground cinnamon (1.5 teaspoons)
- vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Mix oats, milk, eggs, applesauce, brown sugar, butter, white sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla together in a bowl until well combined. Add to prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until just set and golden brown, 20 to 30 minutes.
