Jimmy John's New Picklewich Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Kosher dill pickle halves (2 pieces)
  • salami (2 slices)
  • capocollo (1 slice)
  • provolone cheese (1 slice)
  • lettuce (1 leaf)
  • tomato (2 slices)
  • onion (2 slices)
  • sauce (1 tbsp)
  • herbs (1 pinch)
  • turkey (2 slices)
  • provolone cheese (1 slice)
  • lettuce (1 leaf)
  • tomato (2 slices)
  • onion (2 slices)

Instructions

  1. Hollow out a giant Kosher dill pickle to form two halves.
  2. For the Vito version, layer salami, capocollo, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, sauce, and herbs inside one half of the pickle and top with the other half.
  3. For the Turkey & Provolone version, layer turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion inside one half of the pickle and top with the other half.
  4. Wrap the completed sandwich in paper to serve.
