Jiffy Corn Casserole

A buttery, cheesy, rich, and creamy comfort food that is a staple Thanksgiving side dish.

Ingredients

  • Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (1 box)
  • sweet corn , drained (1 can)
  • cream corn (1 can)
  • sour cream (1 cup)
  • butter (0.5 cup)
  • cheddar cheese (1 cup)
  • green chiles (1 can)
  • chopped onions (0.5 )
  • chopped peppers (0.5 )

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the corn muffin mix, sweet corn, cream corn, sour cream, and melted butter until fully combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown on top and set in the middle.
