Jiffy Corn Casserole
A buttery, cheesy, rich, and creamy comfort food that is a staple Thanksgiving side dish.
Ingredients
- Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (1 box)
- sweet corn , drained (1 can)
- cream corn (1 can)
- sour cream (1 cup)
- butter (0.5 cup)
- cheddar cheese (1 cup)
- green chiles (1 can)
- chopped onions (0.5 )
- chopped peppers (0.5 )
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the corn muffin mix, sweet corn, cream corn, sour cream, and melted butter until fully combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown on top and set in the middle.
