Jennah's Famous Peanut Butter Blossoms
A delightful peanut butter cookie topped with a chocolate candy kiss, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- baking mix (2 cups)
- sweetened condensed milk (1 14 ounce can)
- peanut butter (0.75 cup)
- vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
- white sugar (0.25 cup)
- milk chocolate candy kisses (30 )
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine baking mix, sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract in a bowl; roll into 1-inch balls.
- Pour sugar onto a plate. Roll balls in sugar until completely coated; arrange on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until edges are lightly browned, about 8 minutes. Press a candy kiss into the center of each cookie. Transfer cookies to a wire rack; cool.
