Jay's Spicy Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Ingredients

  • ground turkey (907 grams)
  • taco seasoning mix (35.4 grams)
  • kidney beans (425 grams)
  • crushed tomatoes (411 grams)
  • yellow onion (1 )
  • condensed tomato soup (305 grams)
  • black beans (227 grams)
  • chili powder (60 grams)
  • canned green chile peppers (3 )
  • diced chipotle peppers (15 grams)
  • chili-garlic sauce (10 grams)
  • ground black pepper (5 grams)
  • salt (5 grams)
  • dried basil (5 grams)
  • paprika (5 grams)
  • cayenne pepper (5 grams)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey; cook and stir until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease. Stir taco seasoning into ground turkey until evenly coated; transfer to a slow cooker.
  2. Stir crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, onion, tomato soup, black beans, chili powder, green chiles, chipotle peppers, chili-garlic sauce, black pepper, salt, basil, paprika, and cayenne pepper into slow cooker.
  3. Cook on Low, 8 to 9 hours (or High about 4 hours).
