Jalapeno Popper Cups

A quick and delicious appetizer featuring mini phyllo tart shells filled with a creamy jalapeno cheese mixture.

Ingredients

  • mini phyllo tart shells (12 )
  • cream cheese (4 ounces)
  • shredded Cheddar cheese (0.5 cup)
  • jalapeno peppers (2 )
  • hot pepper sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • bacon bits (0 )

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place phyllo cups onto a baking sheet.
  2. Stir together cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, jalapenos, and hot sauce in a bowl. Spoon mixture into phyllo cups. Sprinkle bacon bits on top. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
