Jalapeno Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip

A vibrant and flavorful dip combining cranberry, jalapeno, and cream cheese, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • cranberries (2 cups)
  • dried cranberries (1 cup)
  • cilantro (0.5 bunch)
  • jalapenos (2 )
  • orange marmalade (0.25 cup)
  • kosher salt (0.5 teaspoon)
  • green onions (4 )
  • whipped cream cheese (8 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Place frozen cranberries, dried cranberries, half of chopped jalapenos, and cilantro in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Transfer cranberry mixture to a bowl.
  2. Stir in marmalade and salt. Reserve 2 tablespoons of green onions for topping and stir in the remaining green onions.
  3. Spread cream cheese onto a serving plate and top with the cranberry mixture. Sprinkle with remaining jalapeno and reserved green onions. Serve with crackers.
