Jalapeno Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip
A vibrant and flavorful dip combining cranberry, jalapeno, and cream cheese, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
- cranberries (2 cups)
- dried cranberries (1 cup)
- cilantro (0.5 bunch)
- jalapenos (2 )
- orange marmalade (0.25 cup)
- kosher salt (0.5 teaspoon)
- green onions (4 )
- whipped cream cheese (8 ounces)
Instructions
- Place frozen cranberries, dried cranberries, half of chopped jalapenos, and cilantro in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Transfer cranberry mixture to a bowl.
- Stir in marmalade and salt. Reserve 2 tablespoons of green onions for topping and stir in the remaining green onions.
- Spread cream cheese onto a serving plate and top with the cranberry mixture. Sprinkle with remaining jalapeno and reserved green onions. Serve with crackers.
