Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie

A deliciously easy recipe for cheeseburger pie that combines ground beef, onions, cheese, and a quick batter baked into a pie.

Ingredients

  • milk (1 cup)
  • Original Bisquick mix (0.5 cup)
  • eggs (2 )

  • Cheddar cheese (1 cup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a 9-inch glass pie pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cook beef and onion in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned and crumbly, about 8 to 10 minutes.
