How to Season a Turkey

Ingredients

  • kosher salt (2 cup)
  • water (8 gallon)
  • orange juice (0.5 cup)
  • brown sugar (0.5 cup)
  • rosemary (2 sprig)

Instructions

  1. For every 2 gallons of water, stir in 2 cups of kosher salt or coarse sea salt.
  2. Heat the mixture until combined and cooled.
