How to Fix Dry Turkey
Tips for rehydrating dry turkey meat after cooking.

- turkey stock (0.25 cup)
- gravy (0.25 cup)
Instructions
- Heat turkey stock in a wide, shallow pan and add turkey slices to rehydrate them.
- Alternatively, place turkey slices in an oven-proof pan, pour turkey stock overtop, cover, and reheat at 300°F for about 20 minutes.
- To plate turkey, ladle 1/4 inch of gravy onto an oven-proof serving plate, arrange turkey slices on top, and heat in the oven at 325°F for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Serve with additional gravy on the side for added moisture.
