Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Hot and bubbly, this spinach artichoke dip is a party favorite for a reason. It’s packed with veggies, but it’s so cheesy and delicious, even the spinach-averse will want seconds.

Ingredients

  • spinach (250 grams)
  • artichoke hearts (250 grams)
  • cream cheese (250 grams)
  • sour cream (120 grams)
  • mayonnaise (100 grams)
  • Parmesan cheese (60 grams)
  • mozzarella cheese (150 grams)
  • garlic (2 cloves)
  • salt (1 teaspoon)
  • pepper (0.5 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
  3. Add in the minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and stir until fully combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Serve warm with crostini, carrot sticks, or pita chips for dipping.
