Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip
Hot and bubbly, this spinach artichoke dip is a party favorite for a reason. It’s packed with veggies, but it’s so cheesy and delicious, even the spinach-averse will want seconds.
Ingredients
- spinach (250 grams)
- artichoke hearts (250 grams)
- cream cheese (250 grams)
- sour cream (120 grams)
- mayonnaise (100 grams)
- Parmesan cheese (60 grams)
- mozzarella cheese (150 grams)
- garlic (2 cloves)
- salt (1 teaspoon)
- pepper (0.5 teaspoon)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
- Add in the minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and stir until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Serve warm with crostini, carrot sticks, or pita chips for dipping.
