Homemade Peppermint Coffee Creamer
A creamy and flavorful peppermint coffee creamer to enhance your morning coffee.
Ingredients
- half-and-half (1.5 cups)
- milk (1.5 cups)
- white sugar (0.33 cup)
- vanilla extract (1 tablespoon)
- peppermint extract (1.5 teaspoons)
Instructions
- Combine half-and-half and milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until steaming, about 10 minutes; do not bring to a boil.
- Stir in sugar. Heat until sugar has dissolved, about 2 more minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla and peppermint extracts.
- Cool, cover, and store in the refrigerator, shaking before each use.
