Homemade Peppermint Coffee Creamer

Ingredients

  • half-and-half (1.5 cups)
  • milk (1.5 cups)
  • white sugar (0.33 cup)
  • vanilla extract (1 tablespoon)
  • peppermint extract (1.5 teaspoons)

Instructions

  1. Combine half-and-half and milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until steaming, about 10 minutes; do not bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in sugar. Heat until sugar has dissolved, about 2 more minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla and peppermint extracts.
  3. Cool, cover, and store in the refrigerator, shaking before each use.
