Homemade Hot Sauce
Ingredients
- hot peppers (10 pieces)
- vinegar (1 cup)
- salt (1 tsp)
- garlic (4 cloves)
Instructions
- Wearing gloves, remove the stems from the hot peppers and chop them coarsely.
- In a saucepan, combine the chopped peppers with vinegar, garlic, and salt.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until the peppers are soft.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Let the sauce cool completely before transferring to sterilized bottles.
- Seal tightly and store in the fridge.
