Homemade Hot Sauce

Ingredients

  • hot peppers (10 pieces)
  • vinegar (1 cup)
  • salt (1 tsp)
  • garlic (4 cloves)

Instructions

  1. Wearing gloves, remove the stems from the hot peppers and chop them coarsely.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the chopped peppers with vinegar, garlic, and salt.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until the peppers are soft.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Let the sauce cool completely before transferring to sterilized bottles.
  6. Seal tightly and store in the fridge.
