Hidden Valley Easy Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili
A delicious and creamy white chicken chili that cooks in a slow cooker. Perfect for chilly nights!
Ingredients
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts (0.45 kg)
- Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix (2 teaspoons)
- chili powder (1 teaspoon)
- great Northern white beans (2 cans)
- chicken broth (720 milliliters)
- diced green chiles (2 cans)
- onion (1 )
- heavy cream (120 milliliters)
- fresh cilantro (0.5 bunch)
- canned corn (60 milliliters)
- shredded Cheddar cheese (60 milliliters)
- sour cream (120 milliliters)
- diced avocados (30 milliliters)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts into a slow cooker; sprinkle with seasoning mix and chili powder. Top with beans, chicken broth, green chiles (with liquid), and onion; stir. Cover slow cooker.
- Cook on High heat for 3 to 4 hours (or on Low heat for 6 to 8 hours).
- Remove chicken, shred, and add back to the slow cooker. Stir in heavy cream; cook on High heat just until warmed through and slightly thickened.
- Serve warm; top with cilantro, corn, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, and avocados, or garnish as desired.
