Hidden Valley Easy Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

  • boneless, skinless chicken breasts (0.45 kg)
  • Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix (2 teaspoons)
  • chili powder (1 teaspoon)
  • great Northern white beans (2 cans)
  • chicken broth (720 milliliters)
  • diced green chiles (2 cans)
  • onion (1 )
  • heavy cream (120 milliliters)
  • fresh cilantro (0.5 bunch)
  • canned corn (60 milliliters)
  • shredded Cheddar cheese (60 milliliters)
  • sour cream (120 milliliters)
  • diced avocados (30 milliliters)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts into a slow cooker; sprinkle with seasoning mix and chili powder. Top with beans, chicken broth, green chiles (with liquid), and onion; stir. Cover slow cooker.
  2. Cook on High heat for 3 to 4 hours (or on Low heat for 6 to 8 hours).
  3. Remove chicken, shred, and add back to the slow cooker. Stir in heavy cream; cook on High heat just until warmed through and slightly thickened.
  4. Serve warm; top with cilantro, corn, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, and avocados, or garnish as desired.
