Herb Turkey Rub

Ingredients

  • chopped fresh rosemary leaves (4 teaspoons)
  • chopped fresh thyme (4 teaspoons)
  • minced onion (4 teaspoons)
  • minced garlic (4 teaspoons)
  • white wine Worcestershire sauce (0.25 cup)
  • coarse kosher salt (2 teaspoons)
  • ground black pepper (0.5 teaspoon)
  • olive oil (0.25 cup)

Instructions

  1. Mix rosemary, thyme, onion, garlic, white wine Worcestershire sauce, coarse salt, pepper, and olive oil in a blender or food processor. Pulse until well blended.
  2. Cover and chill spice mixture in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before rubbing under turkey skin or injecting into meat as desired.
