Herb Turkey Rub
Ingredients
- chopped fresh rosemary leaves (4 teaspoons)
- chopped fresh thyme (4 teaspoons)
- minced onion (4 teaspoons)
- minced garlic (4 teaspoons)
- white wine Worcestershire sauce (0.25 cup)
- coarse kosher salt (2 teaspoons)
- ground black pepper (0.5 teaspoon)
- olive oil (0.25 cup)
Instructions
- Mix rosemary, thyme, onion, garlic, white wine Worcestershire sauce, coarse salt, pepper, and olive oil in a blender or food processor. Pulse until well blended.
- Cover and chill spice mixture in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before rubbing under turkey skin or injecting into meat as desired.
