Habanero Sauce
A spicy, sweet sauce made with habanero peppers and peaches, perfect for adding heat to your dishes.
Ingredients
- habanero chile peppers (6 )
- garlic (4 cloves)
- sliced peaches (1 15 ounce can)
- distilled white vinegar (1 cup)
- dark molasses (0.25 cup)
- honey (0.25 cup)
- brown sugar (0.25 cup)
- spicy brown mustard (2 tablespoons)
- paprika (2 tablespoons)
- kosher salt (1 tablespoon)
- ground black pepper (1 tablespoon)
- ground cumin (1 tablespoon)
- liquid smoke flavoring (1 teaspoon)
- ground coriander (0.5 teaspoon)
- ground ginger (0.5 teaspoon)
- ground allspice (0.5 teaspoon)
Instructions
- Place habaneros and garlic into a blender; blend until chiles are finely chopped.
- Add peaches, vinegar, molasses, honey, brown sugar, mustard, paprika, salt, black pepper, cumin, liquid smoke, coriander, ginger, and allspice; blend until smooth.
