Habanero Sauce

A spicy, sweet sauce made with habanero peppers and peaches, perfect for adding heat to your dishes.

Ingredients

  • habanero chile peppers (6 )
  • garlic (4 cloves)
  • sliced peaches (1 15 ounce can)
  • distilled white vinegar (1 cup)
  • dark molasses (0.25 cup)
  • honey (0.25 cup)
  • brown sugar (0.25 cup)
  • spicy brown mustard (2 tablespoons)
  • paprika (2 tablespoons)
  • kosher salt (1 tablespoon)
  • ground black pepper (1 tablespoon)
  • ground cumin (1 tablespoon)
  • liquid smoke flavoring (1 teaspoon)
  • ground coriander (0.5 teaspoon)
  • ground ginger (0.5 teaspoon)
  • ground allspice (0.5 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Place habaneros and garlic into a blender; blend until chiles are finely chopped.
  2. Add peaches, vinegar, molasses, honey, brown sugar, mustard, paprika, salt, black pepper, cumin, liquid smoke, coriander, ginger, and allspice; blend until smooth.
