Greek Chickpea Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

  • chickpeas (1 can)
  • tomato (1 unit)
  • lettuce (1 leaf)
  • pickles (2 slices)
  • mayonnaise (1 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. Open the can of Greek Chickpeas and drain the liquid.
  2. In a bowl, lightly mash the chickpeas with a fork.
  3. Spread a layer of mayonnaise on a sandwich or bread of your choice.
  4. Add the mashed chickpeas on top of the mayonnaise.
  5. Layer the sliced tomato, lettuce, and pickles on top of the chickpeas.
  6. Close the sandwich and serve.
