Greek Chickpea Salad Sandwich
Ingredients
- chickpeas (1 can)
- tomato (1 unit)
- lettuce (1 leaf)
- pickles (2 slices)
- mayonnaise (1 tbsp)
Instructions
- Open the can of Greek Chickpeas and drain the liquid.
- In a bowl, lightly mash the chickpeas with a fork.
- Spread a layer of mayonnaise on a sandwich or bread of your choice.
- Add the mashed chickpeas on top of the mayonnaise.
- Layer the sliced tomato, lettuce, and pickles on top of the chickpeas.
- Close the sandwich and serve.
