Grate Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • apples (5 unit)
  • light brown sugar (0.75 cup)
  • all-purpose flour (0.5 cup)
  • granulated sugar (0.25 cup)
  • oats (1 cup)
  • grape nuts (0.5 cup)
  • cinnamon (1 tsp)
  • unsalted butter (0.5 cup)
  • lemon juice (2 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grate the apples using a cheese grater, avoiding grating into the core.
  3. In a large bowl, combine grated apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, and light brown sugar. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, grape nuts, granulated sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
