Grandma's Cornbread Dressing
A family-favorite cornbread dressing recipe that's perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
- cornbread (4 cups)
- butter (1 tablespoon)
- onion (1 medium)
- celery (1 cup)
- eggs (2 large)
- chicken stock (2 cups)
- dried sage (1 teaspoon)
- salt (0.5 teaspoon)
- black pepper (0.5 teaspoon)
Instructions
- Crumble your cornbread and set aside.
- Saute the onion and celery in butter until softened, then transfer to a bowl with the crumbled cornbread.
