Funeral Potatoes
A cheesy and comforting casserole perfect for potlucks and gatherings.
Ingredients
- cream of chicken soup (2 cans)
- sour cream (1 pint)
- grated Cheddar cheese (1.5 cups)
- dehydrated onion flakes (0.5 cup)
- frozen shredded hash browns (1 package)
- crushed potato chips (1 cup)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine condensed soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, and onion flakes in a large bowl.
- Mix in hash browns until well combined.
- Pour into a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with potato chips.
- Bake uncovered in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and the top is crisp, about 45 minutes.
