Funeral Potatoes

Ingredients

  • cream of chicken soup (2 cans)
  • sour cream (1 pint)
  • grated Cheddar cheese (1.5 cups)
  • dehydrated onion flakes (0.5 cup)
  • frozen shredded hash browns (1 package)
  • crushed potato chips (1 cup)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine condensed soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, and onion flakes in a large bowl.
  3. Mix in hash browns until well combined.
  4. Pour into a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with potato chips.
  5. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and the top is crisp, about 45 minutes.
