Feta Eggs
A quick and delicious recipe for scrambled eggs with feta cheese and tomatoes.
Ingredients
- butter (1 tablespoon)
- chopped onion (0.25 cup)
- eggs (4 )
- chopped tomatoes (0.25 cup)
- crumbled feta cheese (2 tablespoons)
- salt (0 )
- pepper (0 )
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Saute onions until translucent.
- Pour in eggs and cook, stirring occasionally to scramble.
- When eggs appear almost done, stir in chopped tomatoes and feta cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until cheese is melted.
