Feta Eggs

A quick and delicious recipe for scrambled eggs with feta cheese and tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • butter (1 tablespoon)
  • chopped onion (0.25 cup)
  • eggs (4 )
  • chopped tomatoes (0.25 cup)
  • crumbled feta cheese (2 tablespoons)
  • salt (0 )
  • pepper (0 )

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Saute onions until translucent.
  3. Pour in eggs and cook, stirring occasionally to scramble.
  4. When eggs appear almost done, stir in chopped tomatoes and feta cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook until cheese is melted.
