Famous Restaurant Alfredo Sauce
A creamy and rich Alfredo sauce that can be served with pasta or as a base for other dishes.
Ingredients
- butter (0.5 cup)
- cream cheese (0.75 cup)
- half-and-half (0.75 cup)
- garlic salt (1 pinch)
- lemon pepper (0 )
- dry fettuccine pasta (1 (16 ounce) package)
Instructions
- Place pasta in a large pot of lightly salted boiling water. Cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain.
- Combine the butter, cream cheese, and half and half in a saucepan. Season with garlic salt and lemon pepper. Bring to a low boil over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring, until thickened slightly. Serve over pasta.
