Easy Roasted Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • oyster mushrooms (170 grams)
  • extra-virgin olive oil (22 milliliters)
  • salt (2.5 grams)
  • ground black pepper (1.25 grams)

Instructions

  1. Remove tough ends of mushroom stems and discard. Place mushrooms in a large bowl. Add oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine. Let mushrooms marinate at room temperature while the oven heats.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F). Line a baking sheet with foil.
  3. Spread mushrooms in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 12 minutes. Using tongs, flip mushrooms over and continue roasting to desired doneness, about 10 minutes more.
