Easy Roasted Cauliflower

Tender, garlicky cauliflower roasted to golden brown perfection is a crispy, cheesy side dish that gets even better with fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • olive oil (3 tablespoons)
  • minced garlic (2 tablespoons)
  • cauliflower (1 large head)
  • salt (0 )
  • ground black pepper (0 )
  • grated Parmesan cheese (1 cup)
  • chopped fresh parsley (1 tablespoon)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Preheat the oven to 450°F (220°C). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  3. Combine olive oil and garlic in a large resealable bag. Add cauliflower, seal the bag, and toss until cauliflower is coated. Pour into the prepared casserole dish and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and turn on the broiler.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and parsley over the cauliflower.
  7. Return to the oven and broil until golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
