Easy Chinese Corn Soup
This quick and easy Chinese corn soup is so good that I never bother ordering it from restaurants anymore!
Ingredients
- corn (2 cup)
- chicken broth (4 cup)
- egg (1 none)
- green onion (1 none)
Instructions
- In a medium pot, combine corn and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Slowly add beaten egg while stirring the soup.
- Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
