Easy Chinese Corn Soup

This quick and easy Chinese corn soup is so good that I never bother ordering it from restaurants anymore!

Ingredients

  • corn (2 cup)
  • chicken broth (4 cup)
  • egg (1 none)
  • green onion (1 none)

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot, combine corn and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Slowly add beaten egg while stirring the soup.
  4. Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
