Deep-Fried Turkey

Ingredients
- Turkey (1 item)
- Peanut oil (6 liters)
- Seasoning (1 tbsp)
Instructions
- Prepare the turkey by thawing it completely and removing any giblets.
- Inject the turkey with your desired marinade using a flavor injector if desired.
- In a large fryer, heat peanut oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully place the turkey into the hot oil, ensuring it is fully submerged.
- Fry the turkey for about 3-4 minutes per pound, monitoring the temperature continuously.
- Once the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), carefully remove it from the oil.
- Let it rest for at least 20 minutes before carving.
