Cumin-Coriander Pork Rub

A spice mixture designed for rubbing onto meat before grilling or cooking.

Ingredients

  • ground cumin (6 tablespoons)
  • hot chili powder (4 tablespoons)
  • kosher salt (2 tablespoons)
  • ground coriander (2 tablespoons)
  • paprika (1 tablespoon)
  • ground allspice (1.5 teaspoons)
  • ground black pepper (1.5 teaspoons)

Instructions

  1. Combine cumin, chili powder, salt, coriander, paprika, allspice, and black pepper in a bowl; mix thoroughly. Store in an airtight container at room temperature until ready to use.
  2. To use, rub 1 tablespoon spice mixture per serving onto meat of your choice before grilling or cooking as desired.
