Cumin-Coriander Pork Rub
A spice mixture designed for rubbing onto meat before grilling or cooking.
Ingredients
- ground cumin (6 tablespoons)
- hot chili powder (4 tablespoons)
- kosher salt (2 tablespoons)
- ground coriander (2 tablespoons)
- paprika (1 tablespoon)
- ground allspice (1.5 teaspoons)
- ground black pepper (1.5 teaspoons)
Instructions
- Combine cumin, chili powder, salt, coriander, paprika, allspice, and black pepper in a bowl; mix thoroughly. Store in an airtight container at room temperature until ready to use.
- To use, rub 1 tablespoon spice mixture per serving onto meat of your choice before grilling or cooking as desired.
