Cucumbers in Sour Cream

A refreshing side dish featuring cucumbers in a creamy dressing.

Ingredients

  • cucumbers (2 )
  • sour cream (1 cup)
  • white sugar (0.333 cup)
  • distilled white vinegar (0.25 cup)
  • salt (0 )
  • ground black pepper (0 )

Instructions

  1. Place cucumber slices in a container and cover with cold water. Refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.
  2. Whisk sour cream, sugar, vinegar, and salt in a large mixing bowl until sugar has dissolved.
  3. Drain cucumbers and squeeze out excess water. Add cucumbers to sour cream dressing and toss to coat.
