Crunchy Munchy Chicken

Ingredients

  • chicken breasts (4 pieces)
  • margarine (0.5 cup)
  • cornflakes cereal (2 cups)
  • potato chips (2 cups)
  • salt (1 tsp)
  • pepper (1 tsp)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in melted margarine, coating it well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine crushed cornflakes and potato chips with salt and pepper.
  5. Coat each chicken breast thoroughly in the cornflake and potato chip mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
