Crunchy Munchy Chicken
An easy and exciting chicken dinner with a crunchy texture from cornflakes and potato chips.
Ingredients
- chicken breasts (4 pieces)
- margarine (0.5 cup)
- cornflakes cereal (2 cups)
- potato chips (2 cups)
- salt (1 tsp)
- pepper (1 tsp)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly.
- Dip each chicken breast in melted margarine, coating it well.
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed cornflakes and potato chips with salt and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast thoroughly in the cornflake and potato chip mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
