Croissant Croutons

Delicious croutons made from croissants, adding a unique twist to your salads and soups.

Ingredients

  • croissants (3 pieces)
  • garlic powder (1 tsp)
  • Parmesan cheese (2 tbsp)
  • rosemary (1 tsp)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut stale croissants into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss croissant pieces with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, rosemary, and any other seasonings you desire until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the croissant pieces on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
