Delicious croutons made from croissants, adding a unique twist to your salads and soups.
Ingredients
- croissants (3 pieces)
- garlic powder (1 tsp)
- Parmesan cheese (2 tbsp)
- rosemary (1 tsp)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut stale croissants into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss croissant pieces with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, rosemary, and any other seasonings you desire until evenly coated.
- Spread the croissant pieces on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
