Creamy Ranch Pork Chops

A delicious dish of seared pork chops simmered in a creamy mushroom and ranch dressing sauce, served with ranch-style rice.

Ingredients

  • vegetable oil (1 tablespoon)
  • boneless pork chops (4 )
  • Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (1 (10.5 ounce) can)
  • milk (0.5 (10.5 ounce) can)
  • ranch salad dressing mix (1 (1 ounce) package)
  • paprika (0 )
  • ranch-style rice (0 )

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
  2. Add soup, milk, and 1/2 package salad dressing mix. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with paprika.
  3. Serve with ranch-style rice.
