Creamy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- unsalted butter (1 tablespoon)
- sliced Brussels sprouts (4 cups)
- heavy cream (1.25 cups)
- shredded Parmesan cheese (0.25 cup)
- garlic, minced (1 clove)
- salt and ground black pepper (0 )
- ground nutmeg (1 pinch)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Generously grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with butter.
- Spread Brussels sprouts in an even layer in the prepared baking dish. Whisk cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Pour cream mixture over Brussels sprouts. Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
- Cover the dish with foil, and bake in the preheated oven until tender, about 1 hour. Remove foil, and bake uncovered until the top has browned, 15 more minutes.
