Creamy Garlic Spinach
Fresh spinach sautéed with garlic and olive oil, finished with a splash of lemon juice.
Ingredients
- fresh spinach (12 tsp)
- garlic (2 clove)
- olive oil (1 tbsp)
- lemon juice (1 tbsp)
- salt (1 pinch)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced garlic and sauté until fragrant, but do not let it brown.
- Add fresh spinach a few handfuls at a time, and stir until wilted.
- Add lemon juice and salt to taste, and serve immediately.
