Creamy Garlic Spinach

Fresh spinach sautéed with garlic and olive oil, finished with a splash of lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • fresh spinach (12 tsp)
  • garlic (2 clove)
  • olive oil (1 tbsp)
  • lemon juice (1 tbsp)
  • salt (1 pinch)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced garlic and sauté until fragrant, but do not let it brown.
  3. Add fresh spinach a few handfuls at a time, and stir until wilted.
  4. Add lemon juice and salt to taste, and serve immediately.
