Ingredients

  • chopped garlic (2 tablespoons)
  • garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
  • heavy cream (2 cups)
  • chopped fresh parsley (1 tablespoon)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Bring 1/4 cup water to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.

  5. Mix cornstarch and remaining 1/4 cup water together in a cup. Stir cornstarch mixture into sauce.
