Cranberry Orange Sauce
A tangy and sweet cranberry sauce flavored with orange and cinnamon, perfect for holiday feasts.
Ingredients
- cranberries (2 packages)
- brown sugar (0.75 cup)
- orange (1 )
- cinnamon stick (1 )
Instructions
- Mix cranberries, brown sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and cinnamon stick together in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until cranberries pop and sauce is thickened, about 15 minutes.
- For best results, transfer cranberry sauce to a bowl and refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour.
- Remove cinnamon stick from sauce and serve at room temperature.
