Cranberry Jalapeño Relish

Ingredients

  • jalapeño peppers (6 medium)
  • fresh cilantro (1 bunch)
  • white sugar (1.5 cups)
  • limes (2 medium)
  • salt (1.5 teaspoons)
  • ground black pepper (0.75 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Combine cranberries, jalapeños, and cilantro in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until blended, working in batches if necessary. Transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Stir in sugar, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
