Crab Ceviche

A refreshing ceviche made with imitation crab, tomatoes, and cilantro, perfect as a light appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients

  • imitation crabmeat (227 grams)
  • olive oil (15 ml)
  • tomatoes (2 )
  • serrano peppers (3 )
  • red onion (1 )
  • cilantro (0.5 bunch)
  • limes (2 )
  • salt and pepper (0 )

Instructions

  1. Place imitation crab into a large glass or porcelain bowl; stir in olive oil until well coated.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, serrano peppers, onion, and cilantro.
  3. Squeeze lime juice on top and mix well.
  4. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
