Copycat McRib Sandwich
A homemade version of McDonald's McRib made with real pork rib meat, complete with delicious barbecue sauce and toppings.
Ingredients
- pork rib meat (500 grams)
- barbecue sauce (200 grams)
- sandwich buns (4 pieces)
- pickles (8 pieces)
- onion (1 medium)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Season the pork rib meat with salt and pepper.
- Cook the pork rib meat on the grill for about 10 minutes on each side, basting with barbecue sauce during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Toast the sandwich buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until slightly crispy.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing the pork rib meat on the bottom bun, adding barbecue sauce, pickles, and onions before adding the top bun.
