Copycat McRib Sandwich

Ingredients

  • pork rib meat (500 grams)
  • barbecue sauce (200 grams)
  • sandwich buns (4 pieces)
  • pickles (8 pieces)
  • onion (1 medium)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Season the pork rib meat with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the pork rib meat on the grill for about 10 minutes on each side, basting with barbecue sauce during the last few minutes of cooking.
  4. Toast the sandwich buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until slightly crispy.
  5. Assemble the sandwich by placing the pork rib meat on the bottom bun, adding barbecue sauce, pickles, and onions before adding the top bun.
