Coconut Cranberry Bars with Pecans
Ingredients
- graham cracker crumbs (1.5 cups)
- unsalted butter (0.5 cup)
- sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
- sweetened dried cranberries (1.5 cups)
- pecan halves (1.25 cups)
- flaked coconut (1 cup)
- white chocolate chips (0.75 cup)
- bittersweet chocolate chips (0.75 cup)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease or line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter in a bowl; press into the prepared baking dish.
- Stir sweetened condensed milk, cranberries, pecans, coconut, white chocolate chips, and bittersweet chocolate chips together in a bowl; gently spread over graham cracker crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden brown, 25 to 28 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
