Classic Slow Cooker Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • milk (3 cups)
  • cream-style corn (2 (14.75 ounce) cans)
  • condensed cream of mushroom soup (2 (10.75 ounce) cans)
  • chopped green chiles (2 (4 ounce) cans)
  • frozen corn (2 cups)
  • frozen shredded hash brown potatoes (2 cups)
  • cubed cooked ham (2 cups)
  • onion (1 large)
  • butter (2 tablespoons)
  • hot sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • dried parsley (2 teaspoons)
  • chili powder (1 teaspoon)
  • salt and ground black pepper (0 )

Instructions

  1. Stir milk, cream-style corn, cream of mushroom soup, chopped green chiles, frozen corn, hash brown potatoes, ham, onion, butter, hot sauce, parsley, and chili powder in a slow cooker.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Cover and cook on High for 4 hours or on Low for 6 hours.
