Cinnamon Sweet Puffs
A delicious and easy-to-make dessert featuring marshmallows wrapped in biscuit dough and coated with cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients

- white sugar (0.5 cup)
- ground cinnamon (1 tablespoon)
- unsalted butter (0.5 cup)
- refrigerated biscuit dough (2 (10 ounce) cans)
- large marshmallows (12 )
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl; set aside. Place melted butter in a separate bowl; set aside. Separate biscuits. Place 1 marshmallow in center of each biscuit; wrap dough around marshmallow to enclose, pressing to seal. Roll dough ball in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Arrange dough ball in a prepared muffin cup. Repeat with remaining dough, marshmallows, butter, and cinnamon-sugar.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
